Abstract:

The rapid development of generative artificial intelligence has reshaped the traditional paradigm of content production and knowledge dissemination. The widespread adoption of artificial intelligence collaborative creation and automated intelligent content generation has made the division of ownership and rights boundaries of AI generated content, as well as the adaptation of value norms, a core topic of academic research. The content generated by artificial intelligence is generated through algorithm models trained on large-scale datasets, involving intertwined interests among multiple stakeholders including developers, users, and data rights holders. Therefore, the traditional intellectual property system needs to further adapt to intelligent content production scenarios. This article explores the actual conflicts surrounding the boundaries of rights, the underlying logic of political philosophy, and the reconstruction of methods for governing rights. It systematically reviews the ownership framework and limitations of content generated by artificial intelligence, analyzes the fundamental reasons for rights conflicts, draws on classical political philosophy theories for value based exploration, and develops a refined rights supervision and diversified governance system suitable for the intelligent era.
